ResBos input grids for W+ production in the Tevatron Run-1 The input grids are computed using the resummation program Legacy, described in G. A. Ladinsky, C.-P. Yuan, Phys. Rev. D50 4239 (1994); F. Landry et al., Phys.Rev. D67, 073016 (2003). They are computed using various sets of parton distribution functions and the nonperturbative Sudakov function KN1 obtained in A. Konychev, P. Nadolsky, Phys.Lett.B633, 710 (2006). Please acknowledge these papers in your publication.
