User Information for the Intel Compilers

Intel compilers and debuggers are installed below /opt/intel.

Fortran

Intel provides a script for setting up the user environment, this is located in the bin directory of the installation. Source the version correct for your shell, for instance: 

$ source /opt/intel/fc/9.0/bin/ifortvars.sh

The compiler is named ifort (you can still run it with the old name ifc though).
